How we check venue information

Every fact on Carer Tickets comes from a venue's own official pages, is recorded with a link to that page, and carries the date we last checked it.

Where the information comes from

We read each venue's accessibility page, help centre and visitor policy pages, plus the operator's site where one policy covers several venues. We do not copy other directories or rely on forum posts.

What we record

The same fields for every venue: carer ticket price, how many carers can go, the proof accepted, how to book, queue and viewing access, bag size and storage, re-entry, age rules and payment. When a venue does not publish something, we say so rather than guess.

How often we check

Every source page is re-checked at least monthly. When a page changes, we review the entry by hand before updating it and log the change in the changelog. The most recent check was 3 October 2026.

Confirmed by the venue

We send each venue's access team its entry to confirm. Entries they have approved show as confirmed by the venue.

Report a change

If something has changed, email hello@carertickets.co.uk with the venue name and, ideally, a link or photo. We check every report against the official source before publishing.

Before you travel

Venues can change their rules at short notice, especially for one-off events. Use this site to plan, then confirm the details with the venue.
